We have a strong commitment to the community and actively seek out ways in which we can help. Our principles established over the past few years play a major part in DutySheet's continuing success.

Our ambition, to be the best we can be, is based on excellent service provided by outstanding people. We must build a sustainable business that fully understands its impacts and its duty to care and constantly improve. We have implemented a comprehensive and robust CSR policy that ensures we are tackling our responsibility from all angles. Our policy covers these key principles – Health & Safety, Employees, Communities and Environment.

Health & Safety

DutySheet operate to the high Health and Safety standards set out in our Health and Safety Policy. DutySheet believes that its employees are its most valuable resource and that their health, safety and wellbeing is of paramount importance.

Assuring the health and safety of DutySheet employees and others affected by the activities and or operations is a prime objective requiring constant and continuing attention.

DutySheet will ensure this by:

  • elimination or reduction of accidents and injury to DutySheet employees and others through hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control and by providing inherently safe methods of work.
  • prevention of injury and ill health and continual improvement.

Our Communities

Our commitment to become actively involved in the local communities and social projects, we believe, has tremendous value to the community, the individual and DutySheet. We appreciate that our employees feel passionate about particular causes and we encourage and support their activities throughout the year. We strongly believe in volunteering and allow our employees time off for volunteering activities. Backing Employer-supported volunteering (ESV) and Employer-supported Policing (ESP) where we provide employees with the opportunity to take paid time off to volunteer during work hours which is actively encouraged.

As an organisation that is constantly striving to hire the best talent, we have also formed relationships with local colleges to kick-start students career progression. Actively seeking out those with a passion and flair for all things tech to join the development team at our Surrey Office. The opportunity exposes students to an agile development environment they may not be a part of until later on in their career.

In order to preserve the environment DutySheet will control and limit its environmental impacts.

DutySheet is committed to leading the industry in minimising the impact of its activities on the environment.

DutySheet will achieve this by:

  • compliance with the requirements of all applicable environmental legislation, regulations, permissions, consents and industry codes of practice.
  • actively encourage employees to reduce and eliminate where possible single use plastics.
  • reducing, as far as possible and practical, its carbon footprint.
  • actively promoting recycling both internally and amongst its customers and suppliers.
  • ensuring all employees are aware of their environmental responsibilities through effective communication.
  • striving to continually improve our environmental performance and minimise the social impact and damage of activities by periodically reviewing our environmental policy in light of our current and planned future activities.
